On Friday, the 2^nd of October 2009, the Russian-Dutch enterprise was finally opened to perform the complete production and maintenance cycle of different molds used in the plastic processing industry – "Matritsa" LLC. 
 
The LLC "Matritsa" is a joint Russian-Dutch enterprise, performing the complete production and maintenance of tools and molds that are widely used in the plastic processing. These tools allow to manufacture plastic goods for car-assembling, electrical-technical, structural, medical and food production purposes. 
 
 Despite the economical crisis the production facilities of Matritsa were finalized in May 2009. The production facilities were completed in less than a year. The site of the new plant is located in the Vsevolozhsky district in the town of Sertolovo. The initial volume of investments in the project exceeded three million Euros. The volume of investments of the Van den Brink company (Netherlands) came to approximately 750000 Euros. 
The opening ceremony of Matritsa company was visited by its founder, Breus Van den Brink. Investments of the Dutch party were rendered by the Government of Netherlands within the program PSOM:  Programma Samenwerking  Opkomende Markten (The program of cooperation with the developing markets). 
 
Till the end of the year of 2010 it is planned that all of high-precision equipment will be located on the site. During the coming three years it is also planned for Matritsa to reach the desired production capacities. 
 
The official ceremony of opening was held at the site of the Matritsa plant. The right to cut the unusual "red ribbon" (golden chain actually) was granted to the investors and authoritative representatives of the Leningrad region, as well as the leading employees of the company. In particular, the ceremony was visited by the Vice-Governor of the Leningrad region, Alexander Sobolenko; the Chair-man of the Board of Directors of the OJSS “TRK Peterburg”, Lyubov Soveschaeva; the Head of the administration of the municipal district “The Vsevolozhsky district” of the Leningrad region, Igor Samokhin.
